So he ditched his food vices for a mixture of healthy proteins (eggs, hen, protein shakes) and complicated carbs (fast oats and candy potatoes). “To help battle my appetite,” he says, “I would consume a ton of veggies like broccoli, green beans and spinach.”

Hernandez additionally discovered solace on the fitness center, the place he labored out seven days a week.
