New Lincoln County Schools superintendent Dr. Lory Morrow presided at her first assembly of the Lincoln County Board of Education on Tuesday. After Morrow was sworn in, the board acknowledged the Lincoln County Schools (LCS) transportation division for his or her inspection rating of 15 in a measure the place the decrease the rating is, the higher.
