    Thanks a lot for this Kristina. I enjoyed the smooth flow with challenging holds and your clear instructions, but I would appreciate it if you could do your next videos without the background music because I found it irritating and distracting. What you are offering is quite enough! Thanks

    here's several tips for using yoga reduce weight
    Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to it
    Do yoga with a friend so you have someone to encourage you
    (I read these and the reasons they work from Betwans Yoga Blog site )

    Loved the workout!!! Fantastic exercises and poses that felt really good and just the right amount of challenging. I specifically love how long the video is, I really prefer 1 hour or longer in length for yoga videos, please keep uploading!

    Definitely not a video for beginners!!! It's tough and I love it!!! I've never felt myself a more flexible and stronger upward and downward dog! I'm happy you added pushups here and there during u & d dogs because it helps with strengthening my upper strength while still being able to complete the workout. Love love love!
