    For some one with fibromyalgia and sciatica this helps i guess. I cant even do exercise bcz of the fkng pain. On medicines and feel like killing me sometimes. Whole body from head to toe pains and loaded with medicines too. Once iam pain free will try this. I cant even do yoga n the bed. Im n my 40s not 60s. I walk and do things like those n 80s. Seriously fedup🙏

    Good morning Natasha…just found out your workouts video. Decided to try out something new . Frankly, immediately felled in love with it. Some of the steps are new to me. It's something that I've never done before, it's a new dimension to the workouts. I love coz it's doable, easy to follow and in a short time. Will surely follow yr other videos.
