    Hi, can you just advise a different version of excercise at 4:36 since I can’t sit up and get down without a lot of help of my hands? Since I was a kid I have a very unflexible lower back – seems like they are flat and not round. Thanks 🙂

    I love Adrienne, but I find these faster paced videos to be less beneficial than the slower, more methodical ones.

    then again I did come here looking for a slow morning session instead of a core workout

    I usually only manage 4 or 5 minutes of core videos but after managing to do yoga twice a week for 3 months I got through the entire practice. Even a little can make a big difference.

    HI Adrienne, Its Janet here, the photo is of my 22 year old son. I'll be 52 in January and I certainly need to strengthen my core after having four sons. I walk most days 30-60mins each day but my core is weak. I know this session each day is going to help. Thank you.
