Today’s video is all about my diet.It is my 1200 calorie diet plan with the assistance of which i misplaced 25kgs of weight in 6-7 months. I hope this diet plan is beneficial for you guys.
DETAILS:
1.WARM WATER WITH ACV(APPLE CIDER VINEGAR)

2.5 ALMONDS WITH GREEN TEA(8*5=40CALORIES)

3.BREAKFAST
2 BOILED EGGS(160 CALORIES) + 1 BROWND BREAD(68 CALORIES)
+ 1 CUP MILK TEA WITH BROWN SUGAR(70 CALORIES)
YOU CAN ALSO HAVE OMELETTE OR SOMETIMES POHA, UPMA, CHILA, OATS

4.MID-DAY SNACK- RAW FRUIT(LESS SUGAR)
Eg:APPLE,PINEAPPLE,ORANGE,PAPAYA,STRAWBERRY,KIWI and so forth.
100 CALORIES

5.LUNCH
1 KATORI DAL(137 CALORIES)
1 KATORI GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLE(50 CALORIES)
1 ROTI(85 CALORIES)
SALAD(CABBAGE,CUCUMBER,CARROT,CAPSICUM,RADDISH WITH NO DRESSING EXCEPT LEMON)-30-40 CALORIES
I GLASS BUTTER MILK(60 CALORIES)

6.EVENING SNACK:
POHA,UPMA,OATS,PANCAKE-150 CALORIES

7.DINNER:
SALAD+DAL+FISH/CHICKEN or PANEER/ TOFU
350 CALORIES

    Sis what will u say about roti as i live in Pakistan to roti is everyday in our routine kia small size ki lain to problem to nai hoga or green tea ya to karvi ban jati taste bilkul acha nai lagta ap batao kasa piti app simple green tea in water ya kasa or brown sugar apna kaha to kia issa farq nai parta

    Sis aik or baat main suba
    Breakfast mai tea with sugar and biscuits 3,4 lati hon,
    Lunch,Din main samosa ya kuch thora buhat asa hi kha lati hon clg main kabhi kabhi khana thora buhat khati hon zyada nai or aik mug tea with sugar,
    phir 4pm dobara tea or sath koi biscuits ya kuch kha lati ya simple tea
    dinner main jo ghar main bana ho rice ya salan with one roti khati hon or phir tea again
    Tea ki buhat adat ha mujha,
    Mujha apsa pochna sis kia kia ghalat karti hon main mujha samjh nai ati mera khial sa to main itna nai khati phir kion moti hon apsa share kia ha mana i thought i mujha batao taka wo mistakes theak karon main,
