    I have bad knees. And I'm close built. Is there any stretch exercise I have to do before starting these particular movements? Also,I am a 58 yr old smoker.

    Been doing thins for more than 10 days. There is a slight progress. I am adding extra 15 minutes with other types of stretches such as buttock, twists and spins and repeating some of the moves I like such as cobra and child pose. The calmness of Tom keeps me relaxed and motivated.
