    Good morning!! Iโ€™ve been practicing yoga almost every morning with you since December 2019. It really has made a difference in my body and my mind! I have very tight quadriceps. Do you have any suggestions? I can barely reached back and touch my ankle! Iโ€™m 6โ€™2โ€ with lower back problems. Yoga has really helped me to open my hips, chest and shoulders. I feel Iโ€™m doing pretty good for just turning 50.

    This is definately one of my preferred collection of poses. It starts well and slow for first thing in the morning. Wish it was longer with a few other poses that were more stretch orientated.

    I really like the routines but the times listed are wrong/overstated. 11 minutes of yoga + 2 minutes of lying on your back does not a 15 minute yoga session make. Done whining now, cheers for the videos.
