    I feel angry because I have a hip injury that stops me from doing about half these poses now. Iโ€™ve struggled with joint injuries my whole life and Iโ€™ve had to give up so many forms of exercise that I love. I pray I can continue to do Yoga because itโ€™s changed my life over the past couple years.

    I did all the prenatal yoga videos then got the app and this is one of my go to's now! Love the 5 minute quick abs as well. Trying to get rid of my baby belly. It's tough! I'm JUST over 40 and never had a tummy until now but this is helping! The prenatal videos were SO amazing. I was in better shape when I was pregnant, I swear. I love SBY. Wanting the water bottle in this video!!
