    Nice flow. Used this as a warmup before weights tonight. I find it fascinating how quickly you can get out of practise with certain poses. I have been a little more weightlifting oriented the last couple of weeks, only doing yoga 2-3 times a week. My one legged moves have suffered. I think I will do this one back to back a time or two this week.

    This is one of your best videos yet, my friend. Nice and short, perfect as a warm up for other exercise or if you're pinched for time, but a great combination of challenging moves for balance and flexibility. Great way to start my day, thanks.

    So I know that this is actually the day after you posted this but I didn't see it until this morning because I am in the small minority who still uses a desktop computer. Also, the right side of my back was so sore I was afraid to do anything that might make it hurt more, or rely on it to help my balance and not have it work for me the way I expected it to. Now that it is later in the day, my back feels better and I got adventurous enough to see if I could do this, and I could. Now I am making myself promise that I will stay away from any weights, HIIT routines, or cardio. We are supposed to get a lot of rain here later on tonight, so that might be why I am achy. Well, pooh on that! And I didn't realize my body could do the boat wrap while keeping its balance and not letting the shoulders hike up, which was good to find out.

    I so enjoyed that flow. I guess I should be glad for snowstorms because I think it causes you to get creative in the gym. My husband joined me on this one too!

    I did one of your old FL videos a couple of times this week & you quoted “these bleads”. I lost it both times & it’s been stuck in my head all week. I just lost it again at the end of this video! You did standing splits in that old video too. You’ve improved over the years! Thanks sooo much for sharing your workouts! They’re changing every part of me!

    I'm a weight lifter 225 pounds. Started with your beginner men's yoga and couldn't touch my toes now I'm wrapping my hand over my foot. Your yoga has helped me stay healthy avoiding injury and get much stronger..Thank you!

    Love your videos! Been doing them at the beginning of my days to get the blood flowing and workout any soreness. I did this one today after doing a 45minute EMOM yesterday. Thank you your videos are helping me get a head start on the day and not be as sore!
