    Hi Antonia. I love your videos. You are fantastic. Could you design a routine for people who work all day in an office, sitting in front of a computer? We spend almost all day sitting in our butts, the neck hurts, shoulders, headaches, our bums, by the end of the day, are square shaped :/ Thank you.
