    This is one of the first of your videos and already I find it fun to do although it was only for school, I didn't realize that I had done 3 of your lessons through my recces! I enjoy your lessons more than my actual P.E lessons! ❤️ Even though I am only in 7th grade, your videos make me feel mature. I love your videos!

    Hi Kassandra. I have been practicing yoga with you and 3 other online teachers (recommendations from friends who also love yoga).
    I have to say that you are my favourite. I find that your yoga routines flow well, challenge well, and that your explanations are very good, but not overly wordy, nor do they interfere with the routines.
    I really appreciate your teaching during this Covid pandemic!
    I especially like when I can do a routine for about 20 – 25 minutes since I am busy despite the pandemic.

    I love this, but I do find as someone who is a complete beginner this pace is a tad too fast. I'm still learning all the names of the poses etc so I'm really trying to watch the video whilst following the routine but feel as though there isn't enough transition time (for a proper newbie beginner like me!)

    Literally my only 'criticism' if you could even call it that. I'm really, really enjoying your videos ?

    I enjoy every single video practice you put out, Kassandra! You have truly become our favorite yoga instructor. The way you guide and instruct is easy to follow that I don't even have to see the video, only to check myself.     I’m doing the 7 days beginners course. I really want to become familiar with the moves and therefore practice I prefer to practice one day for 7 days at a slower speed (0.75) until I have master the moves. So should take me 7 weeks to get through the 7 day course!! Already notice the difference in my flexibility. Thank you so much. ?
