    Struggling to get my arm to the floor on the stretch before going into the pretzel so my arm is just kind of hovering in air pulling on my shoulder, and tonight really struggled with even getting my foot to the floor on one side when opening up just after threading the needle. Am I doing something wrong or just need to build up more flexibility in that pose?

    The really bright white background is nice and clean looking but really hard to watch in a dark room while Iโ€™m doing my yoga practice.

    I don't know why, but this specific Yoga routine always makes me cry in the end. I think it's all the tension and stress of the day, just leaving my body, in a very emotional way. Thank you Sarah, for making these videos for us.
