Hey friends, join me for this 20 minute standing yoga for seniors, beginners, moms to be or anyone who is dealing with any limitations keeping you from being comfortable on the ground. We are using a strap and a chair today. The chair is optional to aid in balance, if you don’t need it then by all means don’t use it : ). If you don’t have a yoga strap, grab a scarf, a tie or a towel instead. This is a great all over 20 minute standing yoga class, we do stretching strengthening and a handful of balance poses. This is a great class if you want to work on any of the above, and if you don’t have a mat, no problem practice anyway!!
