    Have you been doing these exercises or not ? Im afraid if these could do more harm than good like twist the legs or knee injury

    This helped with my lower back and hamstring tightness after all day of house cleaning and a week of workouts. Nice and easy 👌

    I was fine until the shoulder stand which was rushed and is an incredibly awkward pose to do without detailed instructions. Now my entire back is killing me and I’m more tense than when I started. Not a good move for this routine.

    Great workout for hamstring flexibility. I did this workout for 2 continuous days with hip flexors n quads stretches.

    Now I can sit in squat, that funny pose😆😆 I have been practicing this for few weeks now but still cannot flatten my hands on floor in forward fold.
