SOY HONEY GLAZED SALMON RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
200g Salmon Fillet
1/2 cup Edamame, peeled
1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Eggs
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice

Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, diced

Steps:
1) Pre-heat oven to 185C / 365F.
2) Start by making the marinade. In a small bowl, whist collectively the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and garlic.
3) Place the salmon onto a baking dish lined with foil. Brush the soy sauce garlic marinade onto the salmon and let relaxation for 15 minutes.
4) Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or till the salmon is absolutely cooked by.
5) In the meantime, you may slice all the greens and make sunny facet ups.
6) Once the salmon is finished, take away from oven and let’d start to assemble our rice bowl.
7) Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly prepare all the elements on prime of the rice.
8) Top it up with a bit of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve instantly.

CHILLI BEEF RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
300g Beef Fillet
1/2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Onion, sliced
4 – 5 Small Chilli, sliced
A bunch of Parsley, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, sliced
100g Baby Spinach
2 Eggs
1/2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice

Steps:
1) Thinly slice the beef fillet.
2) Then marinade it with teriyaki sauce and let it sit for about 10 – 15 minutes.
3) In the meantime, let’s slice all the greens – onion, small chillis and parsley.
4) Coat the pan with sesame oil, and cook dinner the onions till evenly golden brown and aromatic.
5) Add in the beef and evenly stir-fry till it’s virtually cooked, for 3 – 5 minutes.
6) Then stir in the chillis and parsley, proceed to cook dinner in a short time for an additional 2 – 3 minutes. Done!
7) Now let’s cook dinner the baby spinach. In a pan, stir-fry the garlic till golden brown and aromatic.
Then add in the baby spinach and a bit little bit of soy sauce. Cook in a short time for 1 – 2 minutes and it’s carried out. Avoid overcooking the baby spinach as we wish to nonetheless hold it crunchy.
8) Finally, cook dinner 2 sunny facet ups.
9) Let’s assemble our rice bowl. Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly prepare all the elements on prime of the rice.
10) Top it up with a bit of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve instantly.

TEMPEH KIMCHI RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
300g Tempeh, sliced
1/2 cup Kimchi
100 Baby Spinach
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice

Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, diced

Steps:
1) Pre-heat oven to 185C / 365F.

5) Now let’s cook dinner the baby spinach. In a pan, stir-fry the garlic till golden brown and aromatic.
6) Then add in the baby spinach and a bit little bit of soy sauce. Cook in a short time for 1 – 2 minutes and it’s carried out. Avoid overcooking the baby spinach as we wish to nonetheless hold it crunchy.

8) If you’re new to eating kimchi, then start with 1 tablespoon. If you like kimchi, then serve extra. Kimchi is a good supply of probiotics.
9) Top it up with a bit of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve instantly.

    Asking a question which is not related to the video but i really need an answer
    How to control your cravings when u have a joint family because u can't hide the food (out of sight out out of mind ) this trick applies for me but i have a joint family and they are not interested in fittness so the bad food is always there in front of me . Pls tell me how to control my cravings 😭big fan by the way

    DO NOT VOTE ….GO FOR COMPETITION… IN USA why vote? जब कंपटीशन होता है, उसमें से क्या केवल विद्यार्थी एवं खिलाड़ी लोग ही चुने जाते हैं?

    नेताओं का कोई कंपटीशन नहीं हमारा जिसको दिल करा उसको दे दिया क्या केवल प्यार मोहब्बत सही वोट मांग रहे हैं कोई उनकी योग्यता या मान्यता नहीं है जिससे वोट मांग रहे हैं?

    रियलिटी शो के जमाने में नेताओं का कंपटीशन से उतरना यानी कि जैसे कि बच्चों को केवल एक उल्लू बनाकर उनको लुभा कर और वोट मांग लेना यह तो चोरी है l

    अगर कंपटीशन से जैसे आईएस भी निकलते हैं और भी विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं से जो कि भारत देश में होती ही रहती हैं और उनका मापदंड केवल यही है कि एक श्रेष्ठ आदमी निकले तो फिर क्या नेताओं के लिए कोई रिश्ता नहीं है क्या वह केवल हमारे प्यार मोहब्बत एवं लुभावने वादे एवं drama बाजे हो कहीं मोहताज हैं?

    70 साल की राजनीति में भारत को क्या प्रगति मिली?

    आज से 70 साल पहले ₹1 $1 के बराबर होता था ,भारत के इंजीनियर एवं डॉक्टरों की जगह जगह डिमांड होती थी एवं भारतीयों की एक योग्यता और मानदंड था जो भारत एक सोने की चिड़िया आजादी से उपरांत था वह आज की डेट में कहीं पिछड़ा हुआ देश रह गया है वास्तविकता यही है कि यह ड्रामेबाज नेता जो वोट मांगते हैं आपका दिल और मोहब्बत किया केवल अपना क्रिया कर्म दिखा कर वह कभी भी कोई कार्य नहीं करते भ्रष्टाचार तो चरम सीमा पर हैl

    चाहे bofors हो चाहे राफेल नित नहीं जुमलेबाजी और नित्य क्रियाकलाप वोट देने का मतलब अपना सत्यानाश l

    हम सब मिलकर जो आजादी के लिए लड़ सकते हैं जो नेताओं के लिए कंपटीशन भी करा सकते हैं l

    इसलिए नेताओं का कंपटीशन से निकल कर आना बहुत जरूरी है यह सन 2019 से अभी से ही हो जाना चाहिए था लेकिन नहीं हो पाया क्यों क्योंकि भारत देश की मानसिकता यही है वोट भी ना दो कोई कार्य भी ना करो और बस बैंक loot तो जियो और मजे से रहो बस l

    क्या आप उस व्यक्ति को वोट दे रहे हैं जो किसी कंपटीशन या किसी योगिता से बाहर आया है या फिर केवल एक मजे लूटने के लिए एक जैसे ड्रामा कंपनी है छोटी मोटी पार्टी होती है और उसकी पार्टी के बाद ?

    और खातिर कर अपने घर अगर नेताओं कंपटीशन से नहीं निकलेंगे तो फिर कौन निकलेगा आईएसपीसीएस या फिर जो सैनिक मारे जा रहे हैं वह निकलेंगे अरे नेता भी तो कंपटीशन से निकले?

    यह श्रेष्ठ और योग्य व्यक्तियों का चुनाव नहीं है यह आपके दिल और हेरा फेरी का चुनाव है वोट गिनती यानी की हेरा फेरी और यह 70 सालों से चली आ रही है आपके ऊपर है कि आप अपने घर और अपने परिवार और अपने बच्चों का भविष्य कैसे रखें वरना तो फिर जो चल रहा है चलने दे हमें क्या जाता है l

    बस प्रतियोगिता से अगर नेता निकलने लगे और उसके बाद आपके दिल से हेराफेरी हो या फिर उनके कार्य का मापदंड रखा जाए जो नेता एक अपनी पार्लिमेंट भी ठीक से नहीं चला सकते इतने वोट और एक अरब से अधिक जनता को बेवकूफ बनाने के बाद वह क्या चलाएंगे सरकार यानी कि गवर्नमेंट ऑफिशल्स को ? Think and ACT…. STOP the VOTING practise… make a FAIR COMPETITION VOTING has no CHOICE… GET better ADMINSTRATION BY COMPETITION…

    Hi to y’all i was just wondering i do exercise for a month now , i decided to do it coz i wanted to get out my little belly fat and little love handles it gets better but my plan is not loosing weight i do like to gain weight for atleast 115 to 120 lbs.
