3 Reasons You Can't Bind Your Yoga Poses – Bound Side Angle Pose Tips For Beginners

Recently one of my patrons asked about binding yoga poses. Bound side angle is one of my favorite binds so I used this pose as an example in this video explaining three reasons why you can’t bind your yoga poses. Remember that there is more going on than just flexibility here. If you can’t bind, modify with a strap or choose a different arm variation.
