    DOING UPDATES TOO Im 13 and weigh 190. ??? if i do this daily will i see results in 5 weeks??? Btw ive done some leg and ab workout daily for 2 weeks but i noticed no change and i was doing the wrong thing. Apparently only cardio makes u loose weight. I was doing tonning ?

    DAY ONE: just finished. Felt dizzy towards the end. Idk why but the cool down/stretch made me feel better.
