    Love this workout and the music too. Bipasha is georgeous but this video is aired 4 years ago…if I am not wrong, this day bipasha are not that slim as in this workout. I just check her instagram but still georgeous anyhow… love bipasha!

    Personally, I prefer workout videos that feature realistic people. The average person working out wouldn't have make up, cute outfit, hair curled, etc. I feel more comfortable with people that I can relate to. Regardless, the workout is great.

    I just did it and personally I didn't like.. it's not at all my level. Bipasha's other workout video Unleash where she is wearing black outfit is so much better and that one really burns your fat. Hated this one.
