    This was way too intense for what I'm looking to do after a workout, but if you're looking for a strength and flexibility practice this could be good. I was expecting more of a restorative, floor-based practice.

    VERY Difficult but I pushed through it all. Difficult because I have fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, herniations, OsteoA, etc. which was uncomfortable to my LB/Sacrum area, but did what I could and will recover in supine with more stretches to work out my LBP.
