Smart Women don't need to add to their daily exposure to pollution & streee, 5 different products per day with over 20 dangerous chemicals in each!! I was a beauty editor & trust me, everything is a complete bullshit & only care about profits but never about WOMEN…

The only advice is, eat well ( lots of fruit & vegetables) exercise, avoid alcohol and cigarette, be social, have lots of friends and enjoy sharing meals with them instead of investing in this mass makeup chemicals which are made of harmful ingredients 🙂 . Be the change in this world!

My interests on watching her videos spiked with the green juice making! I wondered what kind of doctor she was but never assumed she was a dermatologist or etc. I watched her just like any other youtubers who share their opinions, likes, tips. How different is she from others that you dislike so much? Still research on your own and take what you want from what she says. If you have a PhD on anything, you are considered a Doctor. I could careless about that, look at her skin! I’d want to know her skincare and food intake. She’s a pharmacist, she doesn’t need to make more money. Why are people so closed-minded and judgmental? If you don’t believe what she says, don’t do it. It’s simple life folks!

In winter I use foundations with SPF and in summer I put transparent sunscreen on top of my skin care and make up. Neck and cleavage too. 100% Natural products for skin care and big brands products for serum and make up.
This is advice I got from all my doctors. (I had a surgery for a breast issue)

Better put the sunscreen on top of everything. Make up often contains seemingly harmless ingredients that however change molecular structure under heat. They then become carcinogenic.

One of these ingredients existed in my drugstore moisturizer and since Ive had surgery for a breast issue at a young age my products underwent scrutiny.

I have been using a chemical exfoliating scrub for month but it didn't work for me.Your view towards two types of exfoliator really helps me understand what is right for me. I thought each exfoliator works same. And obviously I like how you express yourself.

I think eating anti-aging foods are good to manage the aging issues. These foods provide nutrition to the skin and other organs and maintain the optimum health condition. There are several anti-aging foods that can overcome the aging. I have found an interesting article entitled “9 Foods To Overcome Aging (Ultimate Guide with Ultimate Details) at zovon.

Hi, newly stumbled on your channel. Here's my first impression/feedback:
    1. I like your conversational style.
    2. I would like to see the products you're showing/demoing closer up–either by you sitting closer or having a sidebar visual included.
    3. The order to apply product should be water based *gel… then oil *or cream are potentially interchangeable depending on how occlusive each is. My "oil," for example, is shea butter, which you could argue is like a cream. But I would apply any other cream before it, and it would definitely go on dead last no matter what, before my makeup.
    4. In your intro you should specify you are a Doctor of Pharmacology. This is impressive enough on its own, and will avoid comments that ask you about things a dermatologist should be answering, for example about laser treatments. Otherwise, it is misleading the audience into thinking you are a dermatologist. Minimally, include as the very first thing in the description box that you are a Doctor of Pharmacology. Minimally.
    Thanks for listening!

    ? your channel !

I’m curious Dr. Vand , why did you decide to go into pharmacology as opposed to dermatology? Or have you thought about switching careers? It seems you have a real passion for skincare =)
