    Loved this! I went a little heavy to help build some endurance. (Going back to the pool again, so I am really loving upper body work, esp shoulders and traps!) Coach, Could you add some of those angel stretches in cool down? Those feel great after an intense work out! TY both for everything. You guys make my day!
