    funny you were singing that I was just saying sounds in our life should be joyful like Christmas everyday-lol. Thanks for sharing, enjoy it always. Not eating the healthy fats like a good egg destroyed my health and now I am getting better listening to gals like you and some good doctors. Even got my dh to make his own eggs and spinach for breakfast and he is so much healthier and helping others too. I also learned to eat baby spinach and kale, raw or lightly cooked, even the dogs get it added to their food which is all human grade. How about you try to make something new like kraut and show us, even if you don't like it we can all have fun learning with you. So agree with you on the add stuff in because that is how we all got into the junk food issues, so add good is so much better. Love your pup.
