    No amount of yoga will remove belly fat until you remove sugar and vegetable seed oils and soy…plants high in oxalates…but yes these exercises are awesome

    I have started doing this exercise from 14 July and I'll update each day experience in one week ….
    I wasn't able to exercise these from 14 July coz I was sick but from 16th July I have done
    Day 1 ✔️ …. I have done exercise but I wasn't able to do all the exercise properly it will take a time for me to learn this exercise properly

    Yoga means "yoke". The earliest depiction of it in art is of Shiva ("death, destroyer of worlds") doing it (Pakistan, 2500 BC). All yoga serves Shiva (see Linga Purana). The goal of all yoga is Kundalini, which is medically dangerous, and also symbolized by the ouroboros (see Yoga-kundalini Upanishad), a serpent devouring itself… not exactly Right-hand path.
