    Menstruation could be making you bloated and the scale could be showing a water weight gain. This is normal and it happens to me every month on Keto. Dont worry about it. Just keep eating healthy and keep your Net Carbs between 10 to 20 grams.

    Hi there I'm just starting out, adding a little bit of Keto to my diet everyday, so not perfect just yet, trying to get my head around it all – I live in New Zealand and many people I know are having great success on the Keto diet, one in particular constantly lives within the Keto walls and is so happy and looks bloody fantastic! Thanks Jia for your inspiration, I will gradually add more and more Ketoness to my diet, just learning at the moment and learning a lot from you – what I really would like to know is how much per serving per item are you allowed to have? It's pure guesswork on my part, hence not totally getting into the Keto diet simply because I don't know how much I'm supposed to have per item per serve …

    As someone who lives in Jamaica I just can’t believe the sauce on that chicken is keto friendly. I know how they make that and I would never eat that now that I’m on keto. I know those plantains aren’t good for keto either.
    As for the weight I’m pretty sure it’s a hormonal thing because of your cycle. It’s quite common for women to have periodic weight gain around their cycle.

    Oh girl I totally get the still needing to lose weight when we are already fine. I used to complain so much about being 140 pounds and now almost 100 pounds heavier I would love to have that 140 again!!

    1. Can i add chia seeds to the smoothie and can i use Silk Almond milk?
