My goodness, that was a workout and a half.  Loved it – all of it.  Some great new steps for me and although I don't have a stability ball I was able to modify the floor work.  Thank you

I just finished previewing so this can be my workout today. Ummmm, your reaction after finishing the step part was wonderful. Cannot wait to jump right in…the new moves look fun and your music is awesome. Having core and strength work is always a win. Thanks, Angie.

Thanks Angie! I have been doing your workouts for a couple of months now and I love them. Love your energy!! I did this workout even though
I don’t have a step. I still got a great workout. Lots of sweat. Your workouts have been great for me to build strength back from getting my knees replaced last summer. Keep those power walks coming!

I discovered this workout video and did it for the first time this morning. OMG! Angie, I loved it. I never did some of those moves so it was everything but boring. I have a collection of workout videos and I am getting so tired of always doing the same ones since many years. Now, I have your workouts and I got my motivation back. Thanks! I will also miss your “Covid19” workouts once we get back to a normal life. ? Thanks for sharing with all of us.

Great workout, Angie. I really loved this one. It didn't feel at all like a Basic because the routine was varied and it was quite high intensity all through. I'm going to mark this as one of my faves. 🙂 Only thing is that I had to improvise on the floorwork as I don't have that Bosu Ball, but I think I managed, no worries. Thanks so much for your wonderful workouts. I feel alive again since I've resumed working out after my injury. You're a blessing. x

I’ve done ALOT of your step workouts and I’ve never seen this grapevine on the bench step move before. I actually really enjoyed it!! Do you think you could incorporate it in future step workouts??
