    Before I watched this I thought I would be cringing; however, this guy actually seems to know what he is talking about. It's obvious his qualifications are real, he just looks very young. Although I think you product placement in the background, he never mentions it outright. The advice he provides is accurate for someone who isn't on gear, and probably even is good for someone who takes stuff. For instance, he doesn't recommend pushing the ridiculous amounts of protein as a ratio of body weight that most tools seems to adhere to. Do people even understand the data on protein metabolism?

    He lost me on dairy being healthy. A lot of scientific research points to a link between dairy and cancer, especially in men.

    Basically what hes saying:

    -Eat 3 MAIN meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
    -If needed, snack on carbohydrates between these meals for energy
    -During the main meals, focus on the amount of protein you need for your specific body type
    -Time out your meals (Carbs before workout, Protein after)
    -This all depends on your schedule and body weight/type
    also: EGGS AND YOGURT

    Some information makes sense. Although dairy, microwave & meat will not make one healthy. Veggies are main source of proteins, not meat. Interesting about what you eat in the morning sets up burning it for the day: I read about it before. Also that muscles are build if they swell so hydrate yourself & add sodium – great explanation.

    This is Insane amounts of protein for 99% of gym-goers. Just eat good healthy meals and dont buy powders. Its not natural, its not needed, its Sales techniques

    Remember people it's not bad to eat more than you should because sometimes some of the food you eat is not processed all the way so you might not get the full protein or carbs
