    Thank you for this practice – I have just finished it. Been practicing yoga for a month now. Of course found this practice challenging for my level, but did to the best of my abilities. Moreover, got some insights regarding my intention. Feeling great now.

    Hell yeah, it was almost like marines training ? I've gone through many 'I'm gonna give up' moments but somehow I managed to do all the push-ups, chaturangas and arm balances and I feel like Iron Woman now ? Thank you Kristina, this was really great, Namaste ?
