90 Day Fiancé’s Tania Maduro Gives Fitness Progress Update

90 Day Fiancé cast member Tania Maduro gives her followers an update on her fitness journey after experiencing a relatable hiccup in her progress.
Former 90 Day Fiancé star, Tania Maduro, shares an update regarding her weight loss journey following her split from husband Syngin Colchester. Tania first appeared on viewers screens in 90 Day Fiancé season 7, where she married Syngin. However, after two years of marriage, they realized that their lifestyles and future desires were completely incompatible. They announced their break-up in October 2021, which sent Tania into a state of depression. To help fight off the blues, she began taking yoga up to 4 times a week, alongside walks outside, and has been sharing her progress slowly but surely on her Instagram account.
In a recent post, 90 Day Fiancé’s Tania Maduro shared a selfie at the gym with an update on her fitness progress. “Everytime I post I legit feel bad for faithfully ignoring @powherfulfitness for the last 3 weeks,” Tania said in the caption. “Okay the fun is over. I’m ready to back to working out and eating better.” Tania has made it abundantly clear, however, that she hates diet culture, and has previously stressed that she is sharing her own journey, and others shouldn’t feel the need to compare themselves to her. Apart from working on her revenge body, the 90 Day Fiancé star has also been working on her emotional health, and Tania has spent time with friends in exotic locations, including a “Galentine’s” dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day in 2022. When Tania returned to viewers screens on 90 Day: The Single Life season 3, she appeared toned and overall happier and healthier.
Tania Maduro Is Thriving Post Controversy
Tania and Syngin’s marriage struggled from the start, with Tania claiming Syngin was not her soulmate. While filming 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5, an even wider gap formed, as the pair were unable to agree on children and lifestyle. The duo split, with 90 Day Fiancé star Syngin going on to appear in The Single Life season 2, and Tania appearing directly after in season 3. While Tania was previously called demanding and accused of having a poor attitude, a shift began after Syngin’s appearance on The Single Life season 2, as claims of abuse and alcoholism arose. Both claims were supported by Tania online. Tania is now moving forward, traveling and enjoying the single life in her newly-toned revenge body, showing that she is completely over her relationship with Syngin.
One glance at Tania’s Instagram and fans will see images of a body-positive female, clad in bikinis and a smile, living her best life all over the world. As her recent story showcases, Tania has an overall healthy, realistic, and completely relatable viewpoint of exercise and weight loss. It cannot all be done in one day, and missing a day (or 3 weeks) happens. While Tania jokes that her weight loss secret is loosing her husband, it’s clear that she is serious about securing a healthier future, and that she isn’t taking drastic, unhealthy measures to reach these goals. With society continually pedaling quick weight loss pills and restrictive diets, alongside images of how skinny a woman should be, seeing a reality tv star forgo these routes and instead focus on moving and healthier habits, is refreshing and inspirational.
It is unclear when, or even if, Tania will ever again grace viewers’ screens via any of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs or new seasons. However, Tania is currently earning a living in other ways, with income streams that include adult modeling on sites such as OnlyFans and Unfiltrd, and an upcoming YouTube channel, where she hints at discussing many different topics from astrology to health. With more than 169K followers on her Instagram account, it isn’t unlikely that she could also gain financial windfalls from health and wellness companies as well moving forward. One thing, however, is clear. Tania is an inspiration for any woman who has left a toxic situation or who are currently working on improving their physical and/or emotional health.
