👉 Pose name: Boat Pose
👉 Sanskrit name: Navasana

👏 BENEFITS OF BOAT POSE:

✅ BOAT POSE STEP-BY STEP:
1. Sit on your mat, your knees together and bent in front of your chest, feet flat on the floor.
2. Place your hands behind your knees and sit tall, lifting up and forward through the heart. Open the chest and elongate through the crown of your head.
3. Engage your core as you shift your weight to balance on your sitz bones. Lift your shins so they are parallel to the floor.
4. Release your legs and straighten your arms so they are parallel to the floor, palms facing each other or pointing upward.
5. Extend your legs fully and make a “V” with your straight torso and straight legs. This is your Boat Pose. Stay here for 5 full breaths, then slowly release through the same way you entered.
