As mater of fact, South Korea is much more tranparent society than you think. Korea government doesn't track all of the nation. Information(so called personal information) has been very strictly collected by law with the notice to the data subject which is CONFIRMED PATIENT & the contacts.

It is ironic that people wants to know other's information especially of the patients for protecting themselves, but still they are reluctant to give their information even if they were confirmed as a patient. COVID19 situation should be handled carefully in a longterm. Data tracking by law with the protection measures like encripted and anonymious processing will keep people informed to protect themselves by protecring a privacy of the patients. I think each status of each country intuitively show the priorities of the value which each sociey have.

As Korean, I was also worried at first but to be honest I am doing OK thanks to the government and people who support the government in the situation particulary highly contigious virus are spread all over the world.

Of course there will be, I would say must be lots of mistakes or unexpected failures at the beginning. Like some of the officers leaked the information at the early spread. So government punished very strictly and erase the information by ePrivacy service. Also, release futher guide to how handle the information goverment collected because of the COVID19.

I think each contry should make changes and move forward to protect their people and survive in new normal.

Your phone, in your palm of your hand. The thermometer across your forehead. You will not be able to go to the grocery, get on a bus, or to the library. In your palm or on your forhead… the mark of the beast. You will not be able to buy, sell, or trade unless you accept the mark.

Trump needs to get silicone valley and the cell phone companies to work together. States should send surveillance questions every 2 days to check the population on their cell phones. That way they can target districts for covid testing where people show symptoms. Mass Random testing is not practical. It needs to be targeted. And the program should advise people where the closest covid testing clinic is to their cell phone.

A Korean interviewee name is Jao Ru Xue? Oh my that's more like Chinese or some south east Asians who share similar tones with Chinese. Definately they forgot to ask her name and created anything that looks like asian. A Korean girl's name is more like Sung Kyung Kim, Su Mi Jung, Eun-A Choi … Of course In alphabet and in English pronunciation they all look similar lol

Could people traveling be required to be screened and or see a doctor before leaving their country? I think sometimes simple solutions are better than all these big brain solutions. The government sneaking around the constitution to infringe is not okay. Government needs to remember who pays the bills.
