The Wilkins have been identified with COVID-19 in December, admitted to Saint Vincent Hospital and positioned on ventilators. They by no means left the hospital.

Ronald Wilkins battled diabetes and most cancers in his lifetime. Friends say he liked music and sports activities, and each day, he was on the cellphone with Bryan, whom he met at college as a baby.

“That’s what we thought of each other is that we were brothers, and we did everything together. We talked 10 times a day. If I woke up first in the morning, I would call him. If he woke up first in the morning, he’d call me,” Bryan mentioned.

Ann Wilkins was a instructor with Indianapolis Public Schools for 13 years then turned a union chief, at all times selling public college schooling.
