I see lot of preperation behind this (like learning to make videos, editing, being already fit the way you are etc..) .     You guys need to lift some weights and become strong. I see and understand that you guys are just runners leaving you with very less muscle mass.

    I could clearly see that both of you struggled to lift each other , also have not done a full squat.
