    You have many amazing practices, but this one is by far my favourite. It stretches whole body, works on strenght and perfectly flows in half an hour. I keep coming back to this one.

    When I first tried this practise I struggled so bad and was convinced this wasn't for beginners. But after just a few weeks of doing this practise I can now comftably do this practise. Yoga is about patience. Thanks for the great practise

    Really nice class again. Been working a lot so i was tight n sore so i did this to open up my hips from long hours in my Cafe. Totally worked. Just the music at the end which comes on after shivasana is loud! (: Also did you miss a twist there at the end on the right or was it me? Thank you so much Dude!

    guys practise is about breaking your limits and improve your self. if you are able to do everything in it an feel free with that DONT DO IT because no point to do it. BUT if you are not able to do a bakasana then just prctise it in a yoga routine like that one. so it is for beginners because of that reason .

    I’d try and be more understanding of the fact that this is a beginner routine.

    Don’t do advanced transitions from pose to pose it’s just disheartening to the beginner. Also don’t fold and reach your palms flat on the floor.

    If you’re doing a follow along for a beginner I’d maybe have a beginner doing the session with you.

    Great videos and love the channel but just wind it back a little when doing beginner videos. 😉

    Thanks Gabo. I'm not entirely sure if you're "spiritual" per se, but i think the world could benefit from the principles of 'union' espoused in yoga. I'd personally love to hear about the depths of yoga even more. Namaste.
