    Mint margarita wd water,mints,lemon,honey
    Aftar should b snack any beans,steamd dahi bhalla
    Dinner balanced meal(carbs,veggies,protein,healthy)
    Egg,bran bread,yogurt
    Lots of water
    Fresh coconut water is good to balance electrolytes

    Use of tukhmalanga in water n juices n yes don’t skip snack around 11-12midnight offer namaz five times … keep smiling n feeling positive n just portion control on things cooked at home apart from junk n processed food a big No to em Baki ghar ka sab chalta but in moderation!! Samosas can even b baked too ?? thanks for the video Nadia n yes ppl positivity is very important in n out so plz be with positive ppl n make ur self to think positive…. u will never be disappointed

    U r so cute…Nadia love u so much..u know I hv 1 daughter…I luv ur nature…now a days I m gaining so much fat… that's y I m taking one glass water with honey and few drops of lemon ..in iftaar after dates …it's very helpful for loosing ur body fat… Nd it's not give any kind of side effect.
