Today’s episode is with radio & TV presenter George Lamb to hear the inspiring work he’s doing along with his organisation GROW, which works in colleges and communities to promote psychological well-being, bodily health and a extra hands-on relationship with the pure world.

George shares his personal story on forsaking superstar tradition to chart his personal path. He travelled the world in quest of this and got here throughout many teams and organisations which are helping to form a healthy future. Then when he comes throughout Daniel’s Pinchbeck’s e book ‘How Soon Is Now’ on how now’s a pivotal time for humanity to change course, George realised it’s time for him to play his personal half on this shift.

GROW goals to deliver 360° studying to each secondary college within the UK by 2030 and has three core modules: GROW, FLOW and THINK which cowl the likes of yoga, breathwork, nutrition, food & farming.
