I love this ? Weight loss is so different from person to person too, and some moms cannot lose all the weight til they're done breastfeeding, while some lose it quickly but will put some pounds back on when their baby weans. Also, big difference between first baby, second baby, and so on! I definitely found it harder to lose the weight after each baby! ? You're so encouraging and positive!

Big yes to baby wearing; it's a life saver especially the more kids you have! I agree with what Julie said, the more kids you have (and the older you get) the longer it takes to get the weight off. For me I try to love my post baby body and allow myself to drop the weight over time. Eating real food, being mindful of portions, and choosing healthy snack are where I was able to help lose weight steadily. Also for Mamas who are breastfeeding, it's important to stay hydrated and consume enough calories when you resume exercising if you want to maintain your supply. ? Loved these tips!

    Nice tips , i agree .
Healthy food (vegetable and fruits) , get off from fast foods and snacks (chips especially) .

You'll be fit and feel more active if you sleep 6-8 hours at night .

I was 135 lbs before getting pregnant with 5ft 2in height. During 33rd week of pregnancy I gained 45 lbs extra and when gave birth to my LO, I lost just 10 pounds and still was over about 35 pounds. I started mummy magic weight-loss tea along with nursing my child exclusively and shed off all extra weight and belly fat just drinking this tea for two whole months.

I'm not a mama, but several of these tips are still helpful! 🙂 I love that you emphasize health and feeling good and be strong instead of looking like society's outward ideal. That's so important for us ladies to grasp!

Tried Mummy magic weight loss tea after I had my second child and lost post baby weight in a short time. I used to drink it daily 2-3 as a substitute of tea and it worked really well.
