An Edinburgh based fitness class has shared a video from one of their unique classes.
The Pilates Attic, which has a main base on Thistle Street North East Lane in the city centre, also runs pygmy goat Pilates from Bellcraig Farm in Fife. They launched them back in 2019, and have had huge success.
Posting to TikTok, they shared a short video from one of the classes. It shows four women as they make a tower, before two goats climb on top of them to complete it.

After posting the video on Friday night, they’ve raked in hundreds of likes already. One follower commented: “Looks like so much fun honestly.”
Another added: “Brilliant!”
A third asked: “Why did she hit her in the head multiple times?”
To which the Pilates Attic clarified: “Hazel likes to try and take off people’s hats with hoof, she’s silly.”

On their site, the Pilates Attic describe the unique classes: “Come along to the farm and practise Pilates with Pygmy Goats guided by Pilates Teacher Jo, Farmer Holly and our Goat Wrangler.
“Mabel & Hazel are gorgeous twin sister Pygmy Goats and they live at beautiful Bellcraig Farm in the stunning countryside of Fife in Scotland. Mabel & Hazel have two brand new boy friends, Fergus & Angus, they have joined in with the fun too.
“Our gorgeous Mabel produced baby twins in lockdown, Maggie and Betty, they are raring to go and will be joining Mabel, Hazel, Fergus and Angus in the best furry fitness class ever. Goat pilates will take place indoors in our cosy stone built cottage with log burning stove when the weather is bad, and when the weather is good we will do classes outdoors in the garden.”
