Fitness babe flaunts belly to show healthy ‘looks different on everyone’

A fitness babe flaunted her natural tummy to remind people “healthy looks different on everyone”.
Liv, AKA Liv Living Life to her 60,000 Instagram followers, is known for sharing fitness tips online.
In a recent post she showed off her natural tum to prove even gym-goers don’t look perfect 24/7.

She shared two pictures of herself side-by-side to remind people how easy it is to make your body look different.
One showed her posing, standing up straight and looking lean, while the other showed her relaxing her bod.
Liv said what’s vital to remember is she’s still a “happy and healthy” woman in both pictures.
When she posed for the pictures she wore gym leggings and a sports bra, which enabled her to display her tum in full.
She boldly told women that just because their stomachs roll doesn’t mean they’re “unhealthy”.
Writing on Instagram, Liv said: “Isn’t it funny that you would probably look at these photos and your judgement on how ‘healthy and fit’ I am would go down when you look at the one on the right, when in actual fact it’s the same body, trains the same amount, eats the same amount, it’s just from a different angle.
“Both pictures of me are as happy and healthy as each other, embracing my body from every angle, training to feel good and listening to the food my body craves.
“THAT for me is the healthiest version of myself I have ever been.”
In the past, Liv admitted she used to think being “healthy” meant having abs, a thigh gap, training every day of the week and only eating “clean”.
She said she eventually learnt this mindset wasn’t healthy, as comparing yourself to others and striving for perfection leads to making you both miserable and unhealthy.
“Even though media will glorify those things, not only can it mean period loss, hair falling out, hormone issues, but striving for that also means you lack energy and life,” she added.
“So let’s change UP the narrative, and shift the focus of ‘healthy’ away from how the body looks, and rather towards mindset.”
Now Liv said she knows being healthy is less about the visual element, and more about listening to your body.
She exercises to feel good – and also rests when she thinks she needs it.
The fitness babe said she focuses on body confidence and self love and prioritises what makes her feel strong – both mentally and physically.
Since she shared the post over 3,000 people have liked it, and people have commented to thank Liv for opening up about body image in such an honest way.
One person said: “Yes – this is so true. Healthy really is different for us all.”
Another added: “Such an important message. Thank you for using your platform to share such wisdom.”
