    saurabh sir i was on 120kg 4 months ago but following a diet plan of my own which included 5 egg whites and black coffee for breakfast fruits for lunch green tea in evening and a dinner comprising of mushrooms brocoli capsicum and paneer salad with a watermelon juice i lost around 17 kgs so my question to u is is this the right diet or i shud alter it ?

    shift timing 8/9 PM – 5/6AM
    I am doing night shift from last 9 months.

    I think either mistake Hain,when u said if u consume 2000 calories then u need to burn 2500 calories for weight loss…burning that much calories would be athlete like and hence not practical
