    I tried your workout based on my body condition like reducing belly , warm up, jumping jack and also did meditation as well for last three month got amazing result.     I'm genetically female
    215 lbs
    I'm a pear shape(I think)
    Thicc thighs
    And belly
    I'm not one to do exercise but I'll do it to be healthy i plan to lose about 20 lbs in this month
