Hi! I’m Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! This is a 30 Minute Full Body Yoga Workout that may be finished for strengthening and weight loss.     I've just discovered you yesterday and this is my second routine. I'm constantly in pain or uncomfortable in multiple ways and really fatigued as a result.. the 3 differences I feel after finishing this routine
    1)I feel more awake and like I have the energy to focus.
    2)My always achey legs actually feel somewhat relieved and stretched out for once.
    3)Since I'm just starting out your classes so far have made me feel a little more confident in starting my yoga journey.

    Just after 2 days I have a lot of faith that yoga is exactly what my body is in need of and your classes are the PERFECT amount of challenge for a beginner. Thank you!

    About 2 months ago I decided I needed yoga in my life again (it's been a few years). I found your channel and fell in love. Your Hatha beginner classes were hard but so wonderful, they hooked me. I do one to two of your classes every night now. I am now stronger, more flexible and was able to do this class relatively easily.
