    Hey.. I am 54 kgs i want to lose bellyfat and hips.. I have started running on treadmill 1 hour along with walking around 17000 steps per day.. I have also been drinking around 2 to 2. 5 litres of water.. I have cut down on salt and avoiding sugar sweets.. But somedays i eat junk food and feel super guilty and restart..     I was having trouble as to what should I eat to gain weight. I leaned on brown bread and white rice but it only gave me belly fat.
