    Bro do you got stretch marks. I lost around 10 kg in around 2 months and know I got lots of stretch marks earlier I was 107 and know I am 96 but I left gym for around 1 months due to boards but know I again started gym and I am worried about my stretch marks

    Bhai dinner mein tujhe 50 gram protein kahan se mil raha… 1 Holl egg 3 egg white means 15 grams of protein… 4 roti approx 12 to 15 grams of protein… Yoga tune kitna liya hai bataya nahi per 100 gm Man ke chalu to 10 gram protein… Total approx 40gm of protein…???
