This was the very first recipe I made once I started The Earth Diet, and it has actually stood the check of time (with just a few updates, in fact).   • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  1. Mix all elements in a bowl, then roll the combination into 1-inch balls together with your palms. If dough sticks, add extra nut meal; if too dry, add water.
  2. Store within the fridge for as much as two weeks or freezer for 3 months.

Tips

  • For added texture and vitamins, roll your completed chocolate balls in hemp seeds, shredded coconut, goji berries, or chopped walnut items.
  • Cut again on sugar by substituting 2 tbsp of sunbutter (sunflower seed butter) for the honey.
