    This is not doable for most women in their 50's. Many people just are not that limber and fit. This is more for someone that is already fit.

    59 trying to get into yoga. low back issues l3 and l4 disc bulging with no evidence of dis herniation and inflammation in my right hip. Hoping do yoga will help both.

    I agree with Cindy – your classes are fabulous, and I just wish there were more. They leave me feeling great, and I am so thrilled to find classes at my level, returning to yoga after years of being unable to do it due to deteriorating hips, and now, building strength after two hip replacements.
