    I did years of ballet and modern dance class but am getting over 7 fractures ony left leg. I can't bend my knee or straighten it and gave a 3 to 5 year recovery I would love to do yoga and strengthen my body but unless I can find a routine that doesn't include bending my knee etc then it's a no go! 😢😢😢

    What a beautiful and soothing practice for me. Thank you Brett, the guidance into proper form with each pose is perfect reminders for me 🙂 i’ve been doing yoga at home for several years, a lot of Vinyasa flow‘s and Yin. Now Hatha. I enjoyed this practice. I will be back regularly.

    Came back to this one after focusing on the sculpt challenge, and the detox challenge, what a difference from the first time I did it
