Pani ya juice pyin : uthnay ke baad pani ya juice piinaa chahiye, is se jism mein namkiyat ki miqdaar durust rehti hai jabkay hazme mein behtari aur jald ki rangat bhi behtar hoti hai. Koshish karen ke taaza lemoo ya saib sameit deegar fruit se bana juice pyin, agar woh dastyab nahi to pani hello pi len. Phone ya e mil examine nahi karen : uthnay ke baad aik ghantay taq apna cell phone ya pc waghera istemaal nahi karen. Agar uthte hello yeh cheeze istemaal karen ge to aap zurori aur sahet ke liye faida mand kaam karne se reh jayen ge, kyun ke mumkin hai ke aap ko koi laazmi aur pareshan karne wali e mil ya pegham masool sun-hwa ho. Nashtay mein anday aur fruit sameit halki phlki ghiza par mushtamil sahet mand khanay khayen. Khud ko kaam ke liye tayyar karen : nashta karne ke baad foran hello aap khud ko zehni tor par kaam ke liye tayyar karen, aur misbet sochon ke sath kaam ki mansoobah bandi karen. Daftar ya –apne kaam ki jagah pounchanay se pehlay hello zehni tor par khud ko achay, mayaari aur taiz raftaar kaam ke liye tayyar karen. Aur phir kaam ke aaghaz se baqi din ki shuruvaat karen. . .
