No one has broke it down like you it's simple to the point n facts i went to low in calories at 1st n got obsessive about it then i plateaud n had no calories left to give up at 1200 so im starting at 1500 after eating like shit the last 2 months n gaining 10lbs n im going to get back on track n make this life style btw total I've lost 110 well now 10p after hitting that stuck point but u made me feel confident of i got this n i can get out of this i was focusing to much on both muscle glute gain and weight loss i will now focus on 1 thing at a time thank u btw new subbie xxooxxoo?

    I think you might confuse the beginners on yet another point about weight loss or bulking. You are correct there 100% . But people seeking out knowledge from you may think they need to go into a caloric overload just to get into shape while weight lifting and doing other exercises. So in the first phase of getting in shape all you will be doing is basically toning those muscles and getting them used to being worked out.

    Hi Maryana!! I just found your channel today and I loooooove all your videos! I have a question, I love going to the gym, it's my therapy and I need it, so I go about 5-6 times a week! My goal is weight loss right now for certain health reasons but I love to lift weights especially leg sessions! Is it possible for me to lose weight and still lift? So I guess what I'm asking is would it be beneficial if I did 2-3 cardio sessions and then the other 3-4 days lifting? I'm sorry this is such a long question! I love you and love the videos!!!

    I love this. I am in recovery for anorexia bulimia and kinda switched ends after rehab and have trouble with restricting and binge without the purge and I've gained weight. When I get committed to fitness I take it to the extreme (and numbers are really bad for Ana) so counting macros sends me into a dark place where I'm literally doing crunches til I fall asleep and end up with bruises down my spine etc. So I give up and repeat the whole process. Now I've gained weight and I want to get fit and it's been rough.

My friend and I are going on a weight loss journey (neither of us are obese, but my friend is a little bigger and I’m looking to build muscle and healthier eating habits) and I wanna make sure we are making healthy habits and get lasting results.
