    Throughout the “Yamzoko Weebly” weight loss plan (Google it), several of my friends shed over 13 lbs! Many individuals informed me Google it and look into it as well. Just after I tried the plan, I have lose FIFTEEN lbs. .

    People need to understand that losing weight is a JOB. You have to treat it like it's a 9 to 5. I have to pay bills so I have to work. 9 – 5. I have to lose weight, so I have to work 9 – 5

    Thankyou I’ve been trying to lose weight on dec 2nd I was 239 and yesterday 12/24 I weighed in at 225 my goal is 180 by June and I know that I can get there!!!

    i have been telling myself since i got into high school that i wanted a flat stomach for prom and prom is 4-5 months away. i’m going to go grocery shopping tomorrow and go buy more fruit since i ran out and try working out. i genuinely hate working out in public because i feel judged and the gym i used to go, people from my school used to go so i felt pretty judged. a lot of my friends are pretty flat stomached and tell me i look healthy but in reality i weight 50 pounds more than what i’m supposed to weight. (i’m 5’3 and weight 180lb) i’m also mexican so eating very fatty meats is in and the sweets and bread is so good but i’ll be making a switch. that is my motto so i’ll be working out at home then gradually move to run with my dogs and then go to the gym.

    i’m getting really tired of holding weight on my body and not being able to wear the cute clothes that I want. My goal weight is 115/120. I’m going to start now and try to reach my goal by next July! We can do it !!! I want to be better

    It’s a new year!! This video is so inspiring, thank you! I will try to get into a habit and not give up, even when I mess up a little… I want to lose 30 lbs and gain more confidence before I visit Korea in 7 months. Please wish me luck ☺️

    Just like how your body gets used to healthy food and starts to crave it, it also gets used and starts to crave workouts 🙂 you just have to stick with it also it's usually a regime made by a professional that feel the best. MyFitness pal is also good for counting calories and you can connect fitbit watches to it.

    It's been 2 months and I loss 31 pounds even though i haven't seen video yet I know I'll get to that 50 pound mark by the 5th month. My tip just eat right ( know what your eating ) know how much you to pose to eat and exercise.

    My quince is in 6 months so I’m trying to lose weight. I’m trying to find a way to lose atleast 10 pounds before my quince. I’ve been doing 30 squats and 30 sit ups every day for the past week. I’m going to start running a mile twice a week and see if I notice a difference within 2 months, if not then I’m going to ATTEMPT going into my diet

    I've always been a heavy person. I'm currently 162.2 which isn't the heaviest. I've lost about 3lbs so far. I hope to at least get to 140lbs
